Yoga is many things to many people. Although often associated with Asanas or postures, the ultimate goal for any yogi is to reach a state of bliss or Samadhi. Meditation is hence a very important aspect of any yoga practice.
The Hatha classes will incorporate both the physical and the meditational teaching of yoga. A very inclusive and relaxing class. Your own time, your own space, your own Samadhi.
