Yoga: a way of life

Yoga is many things to many people. Although often associated with Asanas or postures, the ultimate goal for any yogi is to reach a state of bliss or Samadhi. Meditation is hence a very important aspect of any yoga practice.


The Empowerment Yoga classes will incorporate both the physical and the meditational teaching of yoga. Every semester we will have a theme. The next theme is self love.
