A class which incorporates toning, aerobics and strengthening exercises to improve overall fitness, balance and strenght. Suitable for all types of ability and levels. 


Varied every week, it uses interval training to get the best out of everyone. 


Please have a mat and some weight ready (Tins and water bottle can be used instead of weights, but please make sure they are the same weight)

Wednesdays 10am to 11am
