One of the oldest form of dancing, belly dancing is great for coordination, muscle toning and empowerment. You will discover muscles you didn't even know you had and you will enjoy the power of feeling in control of your own body.
We often judge our bodies, and in some cases it affects our ability or willingness to dance. In these classes you will find a great friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere where anyone can enjoy dancing and everyone can learn to do it.
My classes are open to everyone as they are low impact and full of variation to suit all individuals.
Wear Suitable and comfortable clothes that do not restrict movements. Please bring plenty of water. Due to covid restriction please bring your own coin belt.
